Walker Lukens
Depending on who’s talking, Walker Lukens is “one of the best songwriters in Texas” (Free Press Houston), “a non-sexually threatening version of Prince” (Austin Chronicle), and “a rhythmic sound effect master” (All Songs Considered). So does that make him pop?
